We (and our dog) have stayed here countless times since we first found this hotel and have always been more that pleased. This time, a minor plumbing repair turned to full-blown plumbing disaster. The staff was awesome in the face of our frustration (and theirs!) and readily accommodated our inconvenience. We stuck it out, while many others gave up and high-tailed it out of here. We'll never give up on you, Hallmark staff! You have shown hard-to-find professionalism and the highest level of customer service in the middle of a very difficult day (and night!). Thanks for everything. We'll be back soon!

What a great way to spend my first trip to the Oregon coast! The hotel was beautiful. we came to spend time with (husbands) family, and had a great time. The room was clean, spacious, & roomy. Great view of the ocean! Georgies was so good, nice romantic dinner for my husband & I! You are right, we definetly have a longing to return!

We had an excellent stay. The newly remodeled room was beautiful. The view was great as always. We even saw whales from the balcony. It was so great we hated to go home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
